Gary is actively marketing commercial and industrial real estate properties in San Bernardino/Riverside Counties marketplace, and the eastern portion of Los Angeles County, producing results for developers, large and mid-sized companies, investors and property owners.

 

CAREER SUMMARY

 

Gary joined the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis and was a successful retail and investment broker with Grubb & Ellis. While at Grubb & Ellis Gary lead the creation of the residential land division of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office. Gary has marketed over 3,600,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space and has marketed and sold over 700 acres of commercial, industrial and residential land.  Gary started, and was a Principal in, 1st Commercial Real Estate Services, which became one of the largest commercial real estate property and asset management companies in the "Inland Empire" (part of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, CA). After, Gary joined the Ontario office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as a Vice President.

 

RELEVENT EXPERIENCE

 

Gary listed and marketed properties for the Resolution Trust Corporation, RTC (CA/Arizona Property Bid Offering II). Gary has met with and lobbied several United States Senators and Congressmen and top Federal Government administrators. Gary has represented property owners and developers before several City Councils, Redevelopment Agencies, Planning Commissions and one Historical Landmark Commission. He has also represented several public-school districts in acquiring properties to be used as school sites and sites to be used for other ancillary school district administrative and maintenance uses.

As a DAUM Broker, Gary works in the industrial and commercial real estate market specializing in tenant representation, industrial and office project marketing, and selling of land for development. Gary has worked with several developers in acquiring land, process the development, and marketing the project. Additionally, Gary has negotiated several investment transactions and has assisted investors and financial service companies create value in dealing with challenging real estate and mortgage assets. Gary has experience in the selling of mortgage notes and the disposition of bank owned properties, REO's, including large commercial investments and portfolio investments.
